The Job: Temporary Receptionist
As Floating Administrative Assistant, you are a key partner to all Emerson Automation Solutions MEA Business Units.To ensure that queries on deliveries, sales, products and etc are relayed to the right platform of the organization. You are responsible to cover all the business unit’s admin annual, maternity, sick leave and also Front Office duties.
- Front Office duties: answering busy phones, couriers, security, gate passes, badging in, signing in,. Receiving suppliers, visitors, caterers, ordering taxis, ambulances, calling for first aid help
- Daily Admin cover, following systems already in place during absent Admins, any departmental processes related to the business
- Organizing events, dinners, meetings, visitor tours
- Answering requests from BU: couriers, cars, catering, filing, emails, ordering stationery, etc
Happy and bright personality with a “get it done” attitude. Open minded and willing to take on new tasks.
To be considered for this role you must have at least 1 to 2 years experience on Front Office/Reception in a Multinational company.
