Job Responsibilities:
Sending purchase orders to internal suppliers

Confirmation of purchase orders

Confirming and pricing quotes from internal suppliers

Weekly processing of refunds when applicable

Communicating and providing information to other departments

Weekly review and update of proforma balances

Complying with internal policies and procedures

Reception relief

General administration support

Job Skills:
Strong communication skills

High attention to detail

A desire to provide excellent administrative support

Strong computer literacy with fast and accurate keyboard skills

Advanced skills with MS Office Suite

Ability to work well autonomously within a team environment

Previous experience in an administration role is preferred but not essential
