The Job: HR Office Assistant
We are looking for experienced and talented HR Office Assistant for Dubai. Category –HR Office Assistant/ HR Jobs.
- Handles all incoming and outgoing mail
- Also, Handles all incoming calls for NexGen and redirects the call to the appropriate extension
- Handles all office supplies, like orders, storing, and distributing throughout the office
- Works alongside HR to assist in posting all new job openings on all websites and tracking where the best candidates apply from.
- Assists with the day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
- Prints, sorts and screens all resumes and submit to HR
- Sets up open interviews for Agency
- Sets and assists with the testing for prospective hires and provides clerical support to HR.
- Distributes all paychecks/paystubs to each supervisor and management
- Handles all business issues and office problems that can be resolved by contacting our building management
- Demonstrated ability to improve employee morale
- Exceptional interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills
- Recruiting and communication skills desired
- Strong understanding and knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Some college preferred from an accredited educational institution
- 1 years of confidential office HR support and administrative experience
