The Job: Warehouse Administrative Coordinator

We are looking for experienced and talented Warehouse Administrative Coordinator for Dubai. Category –Warehouse Administrative Coordinator/ Logistics Jobs.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure Standard Operating Procedures for the Operations Department are followed
  • Assign rental equipment; ensuring all orders for the following day are filled
  • Return all orders received
  • Manage and balance petty cash
  • Order and maintain all warehouse and office supplies; create purchase orders
  • Assist with inventory reconciliation
  • Create, maintain and update a daily logistical schedule
  • Maintain pristine records of day-to-day occurrences through the daily logistical schedule
  • Conduct multiple reports throughout the day; maintain contact with appropriate staff to acquire the information needed to retain accurate reports

Job Skills:

  • Ability to multitask in a high-volume, energetic environment with the capacity of staying organized in that high-volume, energetic environment
  • Motivated to meet customer needs and work well in a team oriented atmosphere
  • Must possess a superb work ethic and be consistently dependable
  • Computer and AV knowledge is a plus but not necessary; willing to train the right candidate
  • Proficient using Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Professional verbal skills and attitude
