The Job: Organization Design Chief

Oversee the execution of programs, organizational framework design operations and the changes required

  • Strategic Planning
    • Propose section’s plan and objectives
    • Manage execution of the section’s objectives and goals in line with the operational plan
    • Propose KPI’s for section and section’s employees, in alignment to company’s strategic goals
  • Budget Management
    • Provide inputs for preparation of section budget for further approval to the Division Director
    • Monitor the sectional budget spend in coordination with the relevant units and in alignment to the section’s plan
  • Performance Management
    • Monitor the performance of the section by providing strategic direction and guidance in achieving objectives
    • Proactively communicate the annual objectives and KPIs to section employees
    • Engage with the relevant stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve section’s performance
  • People Management
    • Identify training and development needs of the section’s employees with a special focus on Emiratization
    • Ensure availability of the required number and specialized staff to support the section by providing inputs to annual manpower plan in consultation with Division Director and Sector’s Executive Director
    • Provide constructive feedback to direct reports and provide inputs to Division Director on performance of employees
  • Contribute to innovation and knowledge sharing to drive continuous improvement and performance within the section
  • Supervise the organizational framework design programs and job changes
  • Coordinate with relevant entities to ensure the achievement of programs and special projects
  • Approve interview processes, workshop organization and early database analyses to develop framework, roles and responsibilities understanding
  • Ensure and develop design choices assessment based on agreed upon strategy and change vision and define risks related to the current and forecasted framework and provide action plans for risk management
  • Oversee the execution of effective communication strategies in relevant sections
