The Job: Brand Ambassadors

Key Job Responsibilities
  • Source new sales opportunities through converting the below mentioned channels into direct booking channels, through meeting guests upon arrival and departure and lead follow up and communication
  • Understand guest needs and requirements
  • Have comprehensive and up to date knowledge of all the properties’ unique selling points, features, amenities, services and policies
  • Route qualified opportunities for further follow up and communication until the closure of future bookings.
  • Close sales and achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly quotas
  • Research arrival trends, and identify key planners and generate interest
  • Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
  • Use effective communication skills listing the benefits of booking directly through hotel channels, and perform show room if needed as a tool for future booking closures
  • Facilitate the entire sales process from the initiation of original meeting through finalization of booking confirmation for each customer she is dealing with
  • Route any service recovery action to the concerned leaders, and make sure it’s taken care
  • Closely monitors accounts revenue and business production for the specific accounts and maintain up to date account and contact database in PMS
  • Update the hotel on the negotiation/ progress of every business conversion deal and use the technology available for reports, communication and client correspondences
  • Provide feedback to the Director of Sales and Marketing on monthly basis
Qualifications
  • Must have a pleasant personality
  • Proven indoor sales experience
  • Preferably Arabic speaker
  • Strong presence and experience in meeting dozens of guests daily
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and presentation tools
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong follow up and customer relationship skills
  • Ability to multi task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
