The Job: Office Events Assistant

Our client, a boutique events company based in Dubai is seeking an Office & Events Assistant to assist with PA duties and the coordination of events.

Key responsibilities would be as follows:

• Main company contact – filter enquires • Organise travel and hotel accommodation where required • Maintain contact lists for suppliers and venues

• Assist with managing / co-ordinate diaries and meeting bookings

• Deal with routine enquiries • Facilitate bookings for concierge service

• Assist with budget management for events

• Produce presentations when required (PPT / Photoshop / inDesign / Canva / PDF)

Requirements
The ideal candidate would have:

• Excellent organisational skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proactive and able to work on own initiative, decisive, resourceful and quick to see the priorities • Attention to detail • Flexible and adaptable

• Quick to respond and take action • Well presented and mannered, particularly as dealing face to face with clients

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and able to produce flyers / presentations as a minimum
