The Job: Operation Staff

Job Description

  • To create a working environment, where clients can get best attention and service.
  • Manage overall activities pertaining to Operation Department
  • Monitors customers service standards against standards set by center, take corrective action in case of failure.
  • Implement & monitor customer service delivery standards.
  • Manage customer complaints through effective customer complaints resolutions process.
  • Ensure minimum turnaround time for transactions at the branch.

Job Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Staff Assistant, Administrative Assistant or similar role
  • Knowledge of office and HR procedures
  • Computer literacy (MS Office in particular)
  • Familiarity with office equipment (e.g. printers and fax machines)
  • Knowledge of labor laws
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Professionalism while collaborating with varying managerial levels
