Position Title : Guest Experience Associate

Reports To : Asst Operations Manager

Department : VR Park

Job Purpose:
The job holder is responsible for both administrative and practical and encompasses subjective areas such as dealing with customer’s complaints and queries ensuring each Guest has a positive and memorable experience.

Key Accountabilities:

Explain all of the different pricing packages available

Maximizing revenue through explaining the benefits of promotions such as supercharging cards/up selling as much as possible

Height restrictions will apply to a number of the attractions, so the guests will need to be measured/issued with a color coded stickers before entering the facility

Distributing complementary products throughout the facility including hot towels, sweets etc.

Explain the Membership option to all customers and the advantages of becoming a VR member

Answering telephone queries and following up with the relevant departments such as school bookings, complaints and general enquiries

Ensure the correct opening closing procedures are followed highlighting any issues to the FO Supervisor

Oversee all Self Service kiosks/Re-charge stations ensuring these are fully operational, contain a sufficient cash and consumable level

Always attend the VR Park daily briefings to be able to explain any promotions/special events/discount offers etc. available to guests

Ensure all racks for brochures are kept neat, tidy and full at all times

Input all of the Membership Registration data into the Embed IT system ensuring information is accurately entered and completed the same day as the registration form was submitted

Reporting/following up with any technical stock issues

Ensure accurate opening and closing procedures maintenance at all times

Ensuring the full compliance with, and enforcement of, all SOP’s and safety procedures so that the safety of guests whilst riding the attractions is in line with all requirements.

Minimize queue waiting time/maximize ride throughput through operating in an efficient and organized manner whilst ensuring all safety standards are adhered to

Ensure all attraction waiting time displays are updated and displaying the accurate waiting time

Highlighting any potentially hazardous areas to the Attractions Supervisor

Oversee the cleaning for all common areas including the toilets

Experience:

3-5 years of experience in entertainment/leisure industry
