The Job: Revenue Growth Manager

Key Responsibilities

Drive/Execute RGM deployment and embedment in the local organization

Make sure detailed RGM analyses are conducted in partnership with multifunctional team involving marketing/brand team, commercial, BD, Finance, CMI (specific owner for each lever),combining internal & external, financial and not financial data, and guardrails are set on:

  • Intended average consumer prices and related Pack price architecture
  • Category, Product, Channel and Customer mix management
  • Promotional schemes and ROI per brand, account, pack type
  • Retail selling story and trading terms management

Help drive in the implementation of the current RGM initiatives to realize incremental turnover and Gross Profit

Set and continuously track RGM objectives

  • Coordinate, manage and track RGM performance
  • Escalates if off-track

Develop & maintain strong understanding of the market, category, competition and retailers’ dynamics, value drivers and consumer & shopper insights

Build local capabilities / upscale team on RGM priorities to grow business

Train teams to understand overall RGM methodology

Effectively translate and communicate RGM insights and initiatives to the organization, counterparts and senior management
