The Job: Food Hygiene Officer
Experience: Should have minimum 5 to 7 years experience in Exhibition or Catering or 5* Hotel Industries or food manufacturing industries in similar position.
Responsibility for kitchen items purchasing, receiving and control storing food products and equipment.
Ensure all kitchen staffs using correct products and proper per level to minimize food waste.
Reviews in process and final Quality control, inspections of all maintenance activities.
Ensure the quality of food, food services and the adherence to the local Hygiene’s system.
Prepare and manage of daily work schedules and responsibility of all kitchen staffs.
