Customer Care Operator Vacancy, We are urgently looking for an experienced and talented Customer Care Operator for our firm, location of the Job is in Dubai.
- Proactive management of the communications calendar aligned with key industry updates, trends and upcoming regulatory changes.
- Liaise with stakeholders to coordinate the delivery of award submissions and ratings to processes support our product awareness in the market.
- Delivery of sales collateral to support the sales and client services team.
- Regular reporting and post implementation reviews to understand key learning and insights.
- Detailed understanding of the technical aspects of superannuation, insurance and investments
- Superb writing skills and the ability to take complex information and make it clear and engaging
- Demonstrated client, project and production management experience across a range of communication programs and vehicles (digital and traditional media)
- Degree qualified in communications, marketing or PR
- 3-5 years+ experience working in a super fund, investment manager or financial services communication agency
