The Job: Customer Care Operator

Customer Care Operator Vacancy, We are urgently looking for an experienced and talented Customer Care Operator for our firm, location of the Job is in Dubai.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Proactive management of the communications calendar aligned with key industry updates, trends and upcoming regulatory changes.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to coordinate the delivery of award submissions and ratings to processes support our product awareness in the market.
  • Delivery of sales collateral to support the sales and client services team.
  • Regular reporting and post implementation reviews to understand key learning and insights.

Job Requirements:

  • Detailed understanding of the technical aspects of superannuation, insurance and investments
  • Superb writing skills and the ability to take complex information and make it clear and engaging
  • Demonstrated client, project and production management experience across a range of communication programs and vehicles (digital and traditional media)
  • Degree qualified in communications, marketing or PR
  • 3-5 years+ experience working in a super fund, investment manager or financial services communication agency
