The Job: CID Data Administrator

We are excited to find the next Heartist® CID Data Administrator to join the Raffles Dubai team!

Summary of Responsibilities:
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
  • To consistently provide thoughtful, caring and sincere service
  • To coordinate and provide all administrative support to the Reception agents
  • Confirm guest reservation correspondence and ensure correct information, such as passport details has been input in the system
  • To ensure all guest arrival and departure details and event details are recorded on daily basis
  • To communicate and coordinate individual guest detail equests with other departments as required
  • Maintain all employee records within the Front Office
  • To follow department policies, procedures and service standards
  • To follow all safety policies
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Previous Hotel or Administration experience an asset
  • Previous experience using a Property Management System an asset
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications required
  • Must be able to type 25 words per minute
  • Must possess strong verbal and written skills
  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
  • Highly responsible & reliable
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • Have the Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
  • Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
