Job Description:

  • Keep job-based spreadsheets up to date
  • Develop excellent working relationships with both internal and external customers
  • Booking flights, accommodation and shuttles as our teams travel away for work
  • Confirm, receipt and process prior weeks job information

  • Previous construction / industrial experience would be highly desirable

  • Great communication skills both written and verbal
