Inventory Coordinator’s Responsibilities:
Managing inventory and filing systems.
Meeting supply chain objectives.
Performing complete inventory checks of all stock and supplies twice a year.
Identifying, analyzing and addressing gaps in inventory processes.
Assessing and improving flows of supplies through companies.
Overseeing teams of inventory workers.
Ensuring all documentation related to inventory flows is complete, accurate and filed correctly.
Preparation of reports and submit to management.
Inventory Coordinator’s Requirements:
Candidate with one to three years experience in same role.
Word processing, database and spreadsheet knowledge.
Pays attention to detail and monitors the quality of inventory.
Good communication skill.
Highly organized and able to store items efficiently.
