The Job: Central Kitchen Storekeeper
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receive all items based on the LPO and company policy.
2.De – box all received items and put on designated places.
- Follow up items that was not delivered by the suppliers.
- Ensure to monitor and maintain the store inventory levels for reordering the items.
5.Ensure safe keeping both the quality and quantity received
6.Issuing items requested by each section thru Chef’s approval. No requisition no items to be issued.
7.Initiate purchase requisition for the replacement of stock both direct items and inventory items
- Check inventory records for accuracy for the purpose of month end inventory
- Keep records of items received, issued and transfer for tracking purposes.
- Arrange all items in a store and follow FIFO system.
– At least 2-4 years similar experience from a huge central kitchen or restaurant operation as Storekeeper.
– Good knowledge of FIFO system.
– Have Good communication in English an advantage.
– Good computer skills.
– Positive team energy and can work in a highly fast-paced operation.
