The Job: Junior Key Account Manager

Responsibilities:

• Place specific risks with relevant insurer partners as required • Follow and assist in the implementation of procedures

• Prepare reports and attend Branch meetings Provide information to the Head of Sales & Development | Employee benefits • on a timely basis

• Uphold all policies and procedures to ensure they meet current legal requirements

• Develop and maintain effective strategic relationships with key stakeholders including the Direct Sales Force, Clients, Employee Benefits Team, Insurance Partners. And other internal team members across the business

• Remain abreast of market, industry and regulatory developments and develops a personal network to increase knowledge

• Conduct any Administrative tasks necessary to the Branch operation

• Arrange Client meetings and attend when required • Resolve any escalated complaints and disputes that arise and manage good levels of response with an agreed service level agreement

• Scanning copies of any documentation and ensuring all required implementation documents are completed

• Keeping a weekly record of all bookings on the company system and updating any log books

• Issuing quotations internally from available portals for renewal alternative when applicable and required

• Providing assistance/procedures to all clients about their tailored insurance policies in regard to reimbursement processes, authorisations, general enquiries etc. by providing them with the necessary information/procedure templates

• Handling complaints through emails to maintain records and liaise with Compliance Department while escalating internally, if required, for any course of action

• Any other applicable Ad Hoc duties as directed
