The Job: Accounting Administration Staff

Job Summary: Looking for experienced and dedicated Administration Staff in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:
Take and distribute meeting minutes
Arrange and provide documents, reports and information.
Conduct basic bookkeeping activities.
Keep and record office supplies.
Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
Maintain weekly schedules of employees.
Liaise with other departments and outside agencies including other staff
Organize meetings and conference calls
Look for ways to improve administrative processes
Respond to and direct phone calls to relevant staff
Be a point of contact for a range of staff and external stakeholders
Create and maintain a filing system

Job Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate for Administration Staff must have a Degree or Diploma from a discipline
Practical working experience in the same role is required for the right candidate
Familiarity with accounting as well as bookkeeping principles
The applicant should be able to remain productive even when under conditions of intense pressure
Should be able to and work well with people of different background, culture, gender and sexual diversity
Excellent interpersonal skills
Proficiency in basic computer packages like MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook and MS PowerPoint
Good communication skills required
The required candidate should be an Asian
