Punch List Coordinator wanted at SOS HR
The Job: Punch List Coordinator
- Administrate Punchlist activities.
- Liaise with Project Management Team in order to monitor Punchlist close out.
- Liaise with Client as part of Project execution.
- Prepare Completion related ICAPS, Punchlist reports.
- Check readiness of Punchlist Documentation.
- Coordinate for Punchlist walk-down at various stages of the Project.
- Populate Punch list identified during walk-down.
- Report to Commissioning Manager as per project Organization chart.
- Compliance in accordance with HSE Standard.
Knowledge Skills and Experience:
- Diploma or Graduate.
- 5 years experience in leading a Punchlist activity.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills to interface with Client and Vendor.
- Good understanding of EPC project execution.
- Good understanding of various EPC Project Documentation.
- Exposure to ICAPS or other Completion software is an advantage.
